We are looking for a professional who can strengthen our great HR
team and who will be involved with the following:
MAIN CHALLENGES:
Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and client-specific
training programs to enhance employees’ job-specific knowledge and
skills
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create
effective learning and development initiatives
Analyze data and assess the effectiveness and quality of training
using appropriate evaluation tools
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to track learning progress and
outcomes
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:
Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to
manage multiple priorities and deliver results
A proactive, self-starter mindset combined with a collaborative
team-oriented approach
Excellent command of English and proficiency in MS Office
Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
