ICS is an important growth business area at A1. Customer satisfaction, top service quality and service stability are the prerequisites for our market success. For the support of the Telco Cloud, we are looking for a responsible Telco Cloud Engineer in the ICS area.

Your Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain a Telco Cloud Infrastructure and Platforms in a 5G ecosystem.
Analyze and optimize operational processes to enhance performance, efficiency, and maturity.
Support upgrade and integration projects in the operational business domain.
Participate in technical projects and contribute to operational strategy boards.
Ensure continuous and structured documentation of technical and operational aspects.
Participate in an on-call duty rotation to ensure service availability.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

Strong experience with Linux server administration.
Expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering Kubernetes- and OpenStack-based Telco Cloud platforms.
Experience in designing and implementing containerization and virtualization platforms.
Hands-on experience in technical projects with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English for technical communication.
Fundamental knowledge in at least two of the following domains:
Containerization (Kubernetes, Rancher, etc.)
Virtualization Stack (OpenStack, KVM, etc.)
CI/CD Pipelines and automation
Configuration Management (Ansible, Salt, etc.)
Hardware Management Tools (Dell OME, HP OneView, etc.)
Basic Scripting/Coding (Bash, Python, etc.)
