Our trusted client is a large international company providing
healthcare products and services. On their behalf we are looking
for an experienced professional to occupy the position of:
Logistics and Customer Care Specialist
• Personal execution and management of the warehousing of the
company in accordance with the requirement of the Medical Devices
Law and the internal company rules;
• Personal execution and management of the incoming and outgoing
logistic operations of the company including invoicing to customers
and organizing shipment of goods;
• Maintain and develop active communication with the external
accounting of the company in relation to the above
responsibilities;
• Conduct and develop the communication with customers regarding
the acceptance of their orders, their deliveries and consult them
in case of needed adjustments or clarifications of their orders and
deliveries;
• Communicate actively with Logistics Headquarters in Vienna
regarding placing orders to them and follow up of incoming
deliveries of goods;
• Manage the warehouse inventory shelf life, turnaround and quality
assurance policies;
• Keeps an accurate documentation of all the products handled in or
out of the warehouse;
• Develops, updates and adapts the procedures, associated with the
warehouse management;
• Reports to Logistics Manager
