Coordination and supervision of end-to-end logistics processes for
international and local clients;
Monitoring transport orders, planning shipments, and following up
on delivery status;
Working closely with carriers, subcontractors, and warehouse
partners to ensure operational excellence;
Solving day-to-day operational issues, delays, and exceptions in a
timely, customer-oriented way;
Maintaining accurate documentation and preparing transport or
logistics reports;
Building strong relationships with clients and providing them with
operational updates;
Supporting the Regional Manager in optimizing processes,
implementing improvements, and maintaining service KPIs;
Participating in audits, quality checks, and improvement projects
as required.
