• Investigate the reasons that cause the loss in the stores;
• Make regular visits to the stores and determine special actions.
Ensure that these actions are implemented by meeting with store
managers and monitor whether they are carried out or not. Report to
the relevant managers in case the actions are not taken.;
• Perform periodic checks on loss prevention actions and provide
feedback.
• Make detailed observations in cash point and warehouse areas;
• Implement and encourage the implementation of systems, workflows
and procedures developed to prevent losses in stores.
• Examine the audit reports regarding abuse and warehouse
processes, analyze risky articles and ensure that action is
taken;
• Investigate suspicious cases (internal or external theft) that
may cause loss, and support these issues by examining security
video recording when required;
• Complete loss prevention researches according to research
procedures;
• Report loss prevention activities;
• Participate in the inventory counting organization of the
critical stores and analyze the inventory counting results of all
stores;
• Check if all Loss Prevention tools and devices are in their
places and functioning.
• Determine the training needs of the stores regarding loss
prevention. Support the process of creating training programs and
contents.
• Organize and carry out trainings based on the training needs of
the store.
• Establish relations with the public order and law enforcement
officers in the area where the store is located and develop
cooperation.
