Job Description
We are seeking a proficient Luxury Hotel Customer Advisor fluent in
both Spanish and English. This role is crucial for crafting
exceptional experiences for our luxury hotel clientele. As a key
part of our team, you will leverage your language skills and
customer service prowess to provide distinguished service and
support, ensuring an unforgettable customer journey.
Qualifications
– Deliver outstanding customer service and support for luxury hotel
guests.
– Communicate efficiently and professionally in both Spanish and
English to address customer inquiries and requests.
– Handle bookings, reservations, and other travel-related services

Requirements
– Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
