MGE Business Consultants is the newly established consulting arm of the MGE group of companies. The group consists of two consulting firms for financial institutions with a focus on the banking and payment industry, a Real Estate Investment Management firm and a Media Production house. The firms are active in Hong Kong, Singapore, Ukraine, Lithuania and Canada.


The Assistant will have the following key responsibilities:

- Support the implementation of the EOS Entrepreneurial Operating System ( across the group
- Help plan, develop and grow the individual businesses in the group in regards to all strategic, operational and support functions
- Facilitate meetings
- Document processes and develop manuals

Изисквания и необходими умения

- Conceptual thinking and ability to translate concepts in concrete outcomes
- Experience in supporting cross-functional projects
- Ability to capture an enterprise-wide view and understanding of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities
- Detail-oriented and deadline driven with proven ability to multi-task across projects
- Independent and results-driven working style
- Experience in consulting is of benefit as well as experience in the Financial Sector
- Experience in a company that grew from zero staff to fifty staff will be helpful
- Excellent English skills are a must;

The Management Assistant is an interesting position, combining research and analysis with applying best practice to plan, develop and grow service businesses, using a measurable business performance system called EOS. The candidate will be assisting the management team in understanding and documenting the business performance, systems and processes required. Reporting directly to the business sponsors the main focus will be enabling the growth of the business.
