Описание на позицията

Key responsibilities:

• Provide remote support to the European Marketing Alliances team in DE/FR/UK;
• To support talent attraction and retention in collaboration with local Marketing Team, HR Team, and external agency partners;
• Collaborate with the local Marketing team to manage, refresh, and develop content for Career and Employee pages;
• Support the European marketing alliances team with lightweight administrative marketing alliances tasks;
• Assist in the development of social media strategy, content creation, social graphics, scheduling, and results - partnering closely with the Integrated Marketing, Content, and Digital Marketing Services teams;
• Develop and edit inspiring, relevant, on-brand and meaningful content stories of team members, their work and culture;
• Publishing on digital and social talent platforms keeping the information fresh, informative, and appealing;
• Monitor and maintain the employer brand on sites like LinkedIn, and Facebook, respond to reviews in a timely manner to keep ratings up, and amplify the employer brand by developing co-worker campaigns to boost social ratings.


• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships internally and with client organizations;
• Experience in social media marketing;
• Knowledge of the current marketing trends and tools;
• Strong administrative skills;
• Ability to work cross border with different team members from different countries;
• Organised and efficient way of working;
• Reliable and proactive;
• English as a second language;
• Creativity & Copywriting skills;
• Experience in Recruitment Employer Branding Activities will be considered an advantage.
