- Supporting the Purchasing Manager to lead and provide direction
to the Purchasing team.
- Scheduling the flow of production parts from suppliers to meet
production demands.
- Reviewing purchase requests for material via the ERP or manual
purchase requisition.
- Monitoring purchase orders and net demand schedules to ensure
deadlines are met.
- Maintaining and establishing supplier relationships to the
highest quality, whilst keeping the company's KPIs in
target.
- Planning and purchasing the required material to ensure
availability, to meet production demands whilst maintaining
inventory levels in-line with targets.
