- Experience with 3D coordinate measuring machines and standard
measurement methods
- Measuring tools, plastic and metal parts
- Preparing measurement reports
- Measuring samples related to new projects
- Performing statistical analyses – SPC and MSA
- Calibrating fixtres and gauges for quality control
- Creating calibration and equipment inspection instructions
- Collaborating with external laboratories
- Working with specialized software
- Maintaining a database of certificates and calibration
schedules
- Calibration and inspection after maintenance and repair of
machines and equipment
- Preparation of PPAP and/or FA
- Complying with all company quality management procedures
developed in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016
