As a Microsoft Tech Consultant, you communicate with customers from Sweden to answer their inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues that they face. Duties of this position include maintaining high customer satisfaction and logging the cases on internal systems, while getting up-to-date with Microsoft products & services.

• The ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and to work in rotating shifts, on weekends and Greek Bank Holidays.
• Working by the standards and procedure of the company and strive towards achieving targets identified with the key performance indicators.
• Near-native level in Swedish
• Good communication skills in English
• Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
• Computer knowledge/tech savviness
• Resourceful, able in multitasking
• Willing and able to adapt to changes
• Able to work independently and as a member of a team
