We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Mobile Marketing Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing mobile marketing strategies to drive user engagement, app downloads, and customer retention.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize mobile campaigns, track performance, and achieve marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement mobile marketing strategies across various channels, including SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and mobile advertising.
- Plan, execute, and optimize mobile advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive app downloads and engagement.
- Create and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of mobile marketing efforts, such as app install rates, user engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to ensure mobile marketing campaigns align with overall business goals and brand guidelines.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize mobile campaigns for higher conversion rates.
- Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify and recommend opportunities for growth and improvement in mobile marketing strategies.
- Manage budget allocations and performance tracking for mobile campaigns, ensuring the best ROI.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in mobile marketing.
- Work closely with analytics to provide in-depth reporting on mobile campaign performance, user acquisition, and retention metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Mobile / casual gaming or FinTech / OTC derivatives (CFDs) experience will be advantageous.
- 3+ years of experience in mobile marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of mobile marketing channels, app store optimization, and mobile user acquisition.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and A/B testing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
