This job can be performed by all countries within our A1
footprint.
Net Data Manager Specialist
Together with his team, he is responsible for network availability
in the network data management systems. He ensures that network
technical data is available in a timely manner. He prioritizes his
tasks efficiently and serves as a point of contact for internal and
external partners on network availability issues.
Your daily routine would include:
Ensuring network availability in the network data management
systems (e.g., through timely creation of network access points,
adaptation of network data changes, etc.).
Guaranteeing preparatory work for network switchovers (e.g.,
creation of switchover lists – time-critical) and informing
customers in case of service interruptions.
Responsibility for system technical commissioning and ensuring
switching paths.
Acting as an escalation contact for internal and external service
partners on network availability issues in A1 internal line
technical networks.
Ensuring data quality through ongoing data cleanups (QM tool) to
guarantee efficient use of planning tools.
Ensuring a productive and process-driven workflow.
Providing and updating current data as well as supporting service
partners through data collection for complex line technical project
planning and implementation.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
Completed technical education
Professional experience in the telecommunications industry is an
advantage.
Business understanding.
German skills (B2) for communication with construction companies
and 3rd party companies, as well as good English skills (B2).
You quickly recognize connections, put them in the right context,
and derive actions from them.
