Role Overview:

The role ensures the availability and accuracy of telecom network data, coordinating network changes and maintenance while communicating with internal teams, partners, and customers. Strong German and solid telecom network knowledge are required.

Your daily routine would include:

Ensuring data quality in the logical network representation.
Guarantee that all information related to our telecommunications network is always up-to-date, complete, and error-free at the Points of Sale (PoS) within our logical network mapping.
Coordinating and monitoring network changes and maintenance activities.
Independently plan, align, and oversee changes in the live network, including early coordination with all relevant technical departments.
Customer and internal team coordination.
Scheduling maintenance windows during network interruptions.
Communicating with customers regarding planned switchovers (day/night).
Managing SLA-specific requirements for business customers.
Managing subcontractors.
Including resolving technical and organizational issues during implementation.
Independent coordination and monitoring of network-related changes and maintenance work, including early coordination with all locally involved construction companies and specialist departments.
Ensuring that all information regarding our telecommunications network is always up-to-date, complete, and error-free at the points of sale – before, during, and after network modification phases.
Proactive, cooperative collaboration with regional construction companies and internal teams to ensure a smooth and service-oriented customer experience.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

Excellent German language skills (spoken and written).
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Solid understanding of the physical structure of telecommunications networks
(e.g., splicing sleeves, patching, main distribution frames, ODFs, logical fiber and copper networks).
