I. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and Mentor: Guide a team of .NET developers, providing
technical direction and mentorship.
Project Management: Be responsible for the development and
maintenance of .NET applications, ensuring projects are completed
on time.
Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, facilitate technical
discussions, and ensure following accepted standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with collaborators to collect
requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure high performance, quality, and
responsiveness of applications.
Problem Solving: Fix and resolve sophisticated technical
issues.
Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and
technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain clear communication with immediate manager, with respect
to work undertaken and ensure that performance
standards/expectations should not get breached.
Regularly update and consult with direct manager regarding ongoing
tasks and projects.
Provide timely progress reports and seek mentorship as needed to
ensure efficient workflow.
Attend & give to team huddles, meetings & ad hoc meetings
when required.
Assist in additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors
or management to support the achievement of department and
interpersonal goals.
II. INFORMATION LINKS AND RELATIONSHIP
In their everyday work the .NET Team Lead is subordinate to their
outstanding or to the Managing Director of the Company, according
to the approved Company’s interpersonal chart.
Work closely with all relevant parties both inside and outside of
the company.
III. REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is
helpful.
Validated experience leading development projects, with significant
involvement in .NET development.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in .NET Framework, C, ASP.NET, SQL
Server, Entity Framework, RESTful Services, and Agile
Methodology.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and
project management abilities.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Microservices Architecture: Designing and implementing
microservices for scalable and maintainable applications.
Docker and Kubernetes: Containerization and orchestration tools for
deploying applications in a consistent environment.
CI/CD Pipelines: Setting up continuous integration and continuous
deployment pipelines to automate the software delivery process
