For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Part-time Support Specialist
with German or French or Turkish or English.

Отговорности

*Deliver timely and professional assistance through phone, email and chat;
*Support customers by addressing questions and providing product guidance;
*Forward more complicated cases to the appropriate departments;
*Document customer interactions accurately and consistently;
*Work closely with colleagues to enhance the overall user experience;
*Help adapt and localize support content when necessary.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Proficiency in either Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish;
*Solid English skills, both written and verbal;
*Background in customer support is an advantage;
*Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities;
*Confident in working autonomously in a remote setup;
*Willingness to work part-time or on a flexible schedule.
