For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer
experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech,
high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Non Voice Gaming Support
Associate French or German and English.

Responsibilities

*Deliver top-quality email support to gamers, solving inquiries and troubleshooting issues quickly;
*Keep a friendly and supportive tone to ensure great player experiences;
*Spot and analyze problems, escalating complex cases to the right teams;
*Work closely with other departments to resolve concerns and improve player satisfaction;
*Stay up to date on gaming products, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate help.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Fluency in French or German (C1) and strong English skills (B2), with excellent written
communication;
*Passion for gaming and good knowledge of gaming platforms and systems;
*Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment;
*Previous customer support or service experience, ideally in gaming or tech;
*Willingness to work flexible shifts (day and late hours as needed).
