Отговорности

The objective of the role is to be the first point of contact with our clients. You will be responsible for managing a set number of clients and helping them through their application process. You will be part of a strong multicultural team and will be working under your manager remotely.

This role will entail learning the key details of the admission process and studying abroad in countries like Bulgaria, Romania, Georgia and many others to answer questions our clients may have.

Key responsibilities:
- Communicating with students who are our clients and answering questions.
- Providing students with updates regarding their applications.
- Using our online system to manage each student's application.
- Verifying documents and completing the relevant processes to complete the application.
- Contacting universities regarding the application of the students.
- Being up to date with our services/prices, university entry requirements, and general information regarding admissions to be able to answer questions from students.
- Responsible for the office management, organizing and executing administrative tasks (printing, scanning, translating)

Изисквания и необходими умения

Candidate Requirements:
- Must have an excellent level of English, minimum B2 required.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Have access to the internet via a smartphone and laptop (in case of a remote work)
- Past admissions or customer service experience will be an advantage

We have an office in the center of the millennial city of Plovdiv, plus an opportunity to work remotely if needed.

Working time is 10 am - 7 pm, Monday to Friday, with one hour of lunch break. Vacation paid days are set to be 28, and all extra work is compensated strictly according to Bulgarian legislation.
