About us

We are a well-established and successful production and trading group of companies, leader in the sector of edible oil production and grain trade. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our head office in Sofia.

Responsibilities

• Organize and administer daily in-coming and out-going mail;
• Assist visitors and callers in guiding them to their appropriate contacts and hand them over to the respective person;
• Provide general administrative services
• Support in document processing and data input & analysis;
• Organize office operations and maintenance, including purchase and restocking of office supplies, maintenance and organization of documents and files etc.;
• Manage travel arrangements and organizing company events;
• Communication and e-mail correspondence.

Requirements and necessary skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bulgarian and English;
• Proficient using OS Windows and the latest versions of Microsoft Office;
• Enthusiastic, well-organized, self-motivated and responsible;
• Confident, friendly and positive;
