We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our departments. This role requires a multi-tasker with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing various activities and ensuring smooth operations across all departments.

Отговорности

Administrative Support:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordination with the accountancy team

Logistics and Transportation:
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
- Maintain and update logistics records, tracking shipments and inventory.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve any issues or delays.

Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and records for all departments.
- Compile and analyze data for reports and presentations.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of shipments and administration is a plus.
- Experience in conducting desk research and collecting market offers is preferred.
- Mandatory proficiency in English.

Work Environment:

- Occasional travel may be required.
- Flexibility in the working time by the employer
- Job in presence and remote work (80/20)

Ние Ви предлагаме

- 3 months probation period including training
- Net salary in the range of 2.000 bgn - 2.500 bgn
- Flexibility on the working time, mainly on 4 days basis
