As an Onboarding Sales Representative – Portuguese - English
working onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria, for a potential upcoming
engagement, you’ll support the growth of a dynamic and rapidly
evolving ecommerce marketplace by helping high-value sellers get
off to a strong start. Whether responding to incoming queries or
reaching out proactively, you’ll guide sellers through onboarding
processes and encourage sellers to take part in key campaigns,
events, and community opportunities that help grow their
business.
During a Typical Day You’ll
Deliver both reactive and proactive onboarding support to new
ecommerce sellers, guiding them through every step of their
journey.
Assist sellers with registration, identity verification, bank
setup, shop creation and product listing.
Respond promptly and professionally to seller inquiries across
multiple channels including ticketing systems, internal chat, phone
and email.
Track and manage interactions with accuracy, ensuring timely
resolution and excellent seller satisfaction
Meet and exceed key performance metrics including contact volume,
satisfaction scores and conversion rates.
What You Bring to the Role
Fluency in Portuguese and English, written and spoken
Sales aptitude
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proactive, customer-first mindset with attention to detail
Currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Sofia,
Bulgaria
