For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Online Platform Support
Administrator with Danish or Spanish or Polish or French (Hybrid).

Отговорности

*Handle customer requests and platform-related queries through our internal system - no
phone calls required;
*Monitor and respond to incoming tickets and messages via web-based tools;
*Maintain and update product listings and information with a high level of accuracy;
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues promptly;
*Uphold data integrity and ensure compliance with company processes and standards.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Proficiency in Danish, Spanish, Polish, or French (B2-C1 level);
*Good command of English for onboarding, communication, and documentation;
*Confidence working with online platforms, dashboards, or digital tools;
*Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks independently and responsibly;
*Experience in customer support, e-commerce, or administrative roles is a plus.
