Job Description

Responsibilities:

Control operations:

o Represents program management within the plant;
o Coordinate and challenge all site stakeholders in order to remain compliant with the scoping letter:
§ Participate in S&OE process under the lead of Planning;
§ Within S&OE process, prepare and manage the STEM weekly meeting (Short Term Exception Meeting);
§ Knows forecasted & historical OTD for your program.
o Control end-to-end impacts from supply chain ( from missing component to customer delivery);
o Identify contractual discrepencies with customers & Suppliers, and Collect evidence for preparation of the claims;
o Coordinate OPCs from upstream sites;
o Coordonne OPCs from other manufacturing sites.

Manage customer relations:

o Familiar with contractual obligations & customer communication golden rules;
o Control commitments involving the plant towards customers (eg. buffer, tooling, etc.);
o Receive & Analyse customer orderbook before ERP import (versus contract);
o Receive & Analyse customer orderbook before ERP import (versus Sales Plan);
o Ensure that customer demand is uploaded in ERP;
o Provide customer with visibility on any missing part ( outstanding work, late deliveries, etc…);
o Negotiate OTD collaboration PRE-DELIVERY with customer based on S&OE weekly process results;
o Negotiate OTD collaboration POST-DELIVERY with customer based on actual deliveries;
o Negotiate deliveries with outstanding work & follow-up outstanding work until handover to program management (eg. After delivery of kitting);
o Negotiate deliveries with outlocated work & follow-up outlocated work until handover to program management (eg. After delivery of kitting).

Report to program managment:

o Represents plant within the Program core team;
o Escalate to program and plant director identified risks impacting OTD and/or costs:
§ Follow-up "serial" revenue;
§ Ensure invoicing follow-up (revenue), invoices to be sent ( ahead of schedule

Manage bussines comunity plan (BCP):

o Ensure risk analysis within the plant for all products and processes linked to its program (eg. Country risk, fire, etc.);
o Identify mitigation actions (including identification of back-up plant, and preparation of associated transfer plan : with organisation required to manage the crisis, identification of delivery leadtime from backup site, etc.);
o Test applicability of BC.

Requirements:

o A bachelor’s degree /Engineering degree is an advantage/;
o More than 3 years of industry experience;
o Proven program/project management skills;
o Experienced in demand management and control;
o Experienced working with SAP or other EPR software;
o Very good command of French is a great advantage;
o Very good command of English in terms of writing and speaking;
o Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
o Self-disciplined and able to carry out detailed work with minimum supervision;
o Excellent and proven communication skills and ability to establish rapport and sound relationships within and outside the company;
o Proven leadership skills;
o Focused on customer satidfaction;
o Able to establish relationships based on trust, confidentiality, and integrity;
o Proactive problem solver;
