On behalf of our trusted partner – leading UK company, we are looking for communicative and ambitious young professionals to join the company’s growing team on the position:

Operations Support Specialist (UK Client Services) - no previous experience required

Responsibilities

You will serve as the communication link between HMRC (the UK tax authority) and the company’s clients – assisting with the processing of tax refunds and returns, as well as participating in follow-up customer service.

Requirements and necessary skills

• Excellent command of English — both spoken and written
• A warm, approachable attitude and a real enthusiasm for helping people
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and resolve issues effectively
• Steady under pressure, with a talent for staying organised and meeting deadlines
• Great attention to detail and confidence using tools like Microsoft Office or similar software
• Proactive and well-organised — you can handle multiple priorities without missing a beat
• A natural problem-solver who stays positive and flexible when things don’t go to plan
