For one of our clients - а global technology leader driving digital and cloud innovation across
multiple industries, we are looking for – Order Processing Advisor with German (Hybrid).

Отговорности

*Process and verify contracts for activations, updates, and cancellations in ERP systems;
*Respond to customer questions about contract status and lifecycle with clarity and speed;
*Ensure all activities align with company policies and compliance standards;
*Prepare and review reports, keeping accurate records and documentation;
*Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on contract progress;
*Improve and document processes related to contract handling and system updates;
*Support and train fellow order management team members; suggest workflow enhancements;
*Manage special billing requests, ensuring correct invoicing after approval.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluent in German (spoken and written), with strong English proficiency;
*Previous experience in administration or customer service roles;
*Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
*Proactive, flexible, and committed to meeting team goals and deadlines;
*Confident in using MS Office and similar tools;
*Strong communicator, able to work across teams and with clients;
*Capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively;
*Open to learning and continuous improvement.

Ние Ви предлагаме

*The working hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, with a shift from 10:00 to 19:00 for half of the month.
*The role follows a flexible work arrangement, with a hybrid model;
