This job can be performed by all countries within our A1
footprint.
Role insights:
Gather and analyse business requirements for service provisioning
submitted by internal customers (both business and network
teams).
Consult with internal stakeholders regarding the capabilities and
limitations of existing solutions.
Create detailed functional specifications for OSS systems and
provide accurate effort estimations.
Collaborate closely with development teams and coordinate
implementation efforts.
Support planning and execution of QA and UAT processes, including
test case definition.
Facilitate clear, structured communication between geographically
distributed teams.
Prepare and deliver regular status and progress reports to internal
customers and management.
What makes you unique:
Able to translate complex technical topics into business-friendly
language.
Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical thinking.
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Designer,
with solid knowledge of telecom products.
Proficient in business process modelling and notation (e.g.
BPMN).
Good understanding of APIs and microservices architecture.
Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication
skills.
A team player with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Self-driven and continuously expanding knowledge of OSS systems,
telecom processes, and related technologies.
