We are expanding the Inventory, Fault and Performance Management Stream within Network Tools & Automation DC the A1 Competence Delivery Center. Be a part of this exciting journey!

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in with business process modelling and notation.

Role insights:

Gather and analyse business requirements for service provisioning submitted by internal customers (both business and network teams).
Consult with internal stakeholders regarding the capabilities and limitations of existing solutions.
Create detailed functional specifications for OSS systems and provide accurate effort estimations.
Collaborate closely with development teams and coordinate implementation efforts.
Support planning and execution of QA and UAT processes, including test case definition.
Facilitate clear, structured communication between geographically distributed teams.
Prepare and deliver regular status and progress reports to internal customers and management.

What makes you unique:

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Experience in the telecommunications industry and familiarity with network KPIs or customer lifecycle management.
Proficiency with Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Fluency in English.

Nice to Have:

Hands-on experience with AI/ML use cases (e.g., churn, anomaly detection, CLV).
Familiarity with Power BI, Grafana, or Tableau, and basic SQL for data validation.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
