Отговорности

• Set-up and integrate new payment methods and providers across different cashiers;
• Have good overview and take ownership over the cashier experience;
• Participate in the configuration and improvement of a KYC software tool;
• Minimize issues, conduct follow-up tests and monitoring on cashier set-up;
• Participate in process optimization and automation;
• Identifying, reporting, and resolving payments related technical issues in a timely manner;
• Communicate both with internal technical departments and external providers;
• Build a deep understanding of different cashier solutions and KYC software and share the acquired knowledge with team members;
• Follow-up on ongoing tasks, so that they are completed in a timely manner.

Изисквания и необходими умения

• Background in Online Payments, technical knowledge of the payments ecosystem is a must;
• Previous experience with cashier providers and integration of different payment providers and options will be considered an advantage;
• Previous experience with KYC software is required;
• Good technical skills and ability to quickly learn new software;
• Ability to quickly adapt to a regularly changing environment and different priorities;
• Self-motivated, able to complete tasks independently, and pro-active;
• Ability to follow-up on tight deadlines and to find creative solutions to complex problems;
• Strong attention to details and analytical skills;
• Fluent verbal and written English.
