Due to our business and operational expansion, we are looking for a
talented Payroll Expert to join our expanding team in Sofia.
Your Role:
Our Payroll Administrator manages periodic payroll processing to
ensure timely and accurate employee payment on designated payroll
periods.
Your Responsibilities:
• Preparing a variety of payroll-related documents (e.g. time
sheets, payroll register, vouchers,
memos, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and issues,
meeting compliance
requirements, and providing audit references.
• Ensuring the accuracy of preliminary and final payroll reports,
time sheets, spreadsheets, funds distribution.
• Verifying payroll-related information to ensure accurate
distribution of funds and payroll.
• Reconciling account balances to maintain accurate payroll
amounts.
• Assuring compliance with company policies and requirements such
as tax, medical and social security requirements.
• Coordinating payroll processing with other departments to deliver
services in conformance with established guidelines.
• Informing concerned parties regarding required documentation
and/or procedures to convey information necessary to complete
payroll transactions.
• Compiling a wide variety of payroll information, files, and
records for audit purposes.
• Providing assistance to internal clients such as employees and
managers with payroll related questions/concerns.
• Entering personnel data correctly and accurately in the
specialized software and processing their monthly salaries.
• Submitting within the regulated deadlines all necessary
references and declarations to NRA, NSSI and other state
institutions, as well as to the General Labor Inspectorate
Executive Agency.
• Checking form 76 on a monthly basis.
• Timely introducing leave and data on employee benefits in
relation to the export of data to NSSI.
• Administrating the salaries of the employees by entering in the
software all the necessary data for the respective month and
entering the accruals and deductions from the monthly salary.
• Preparing official notice and certificates, UP-2 and UP-3 form of
the staff.
• Receiving, distributing and maintaining in order the information
and documentation received in the structural unit.
• Entering data into the software product for personnel
administration and calculation of remunerations.
