We are looking for a personal assistant to the CEO for one of our
clients, a leading company in the agricultural production and
processing of grains and seeds.
The position is based in Sofia.
Responsibilities:
• CEO’s calendar and daily schedule.
• Screening and prioritizing business correspondence, drafting
replies.
• Travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transfers,
check-ins, etc.).
• Scheduling meetings in person and online and managing
databases.
• Performing basic desktop research and translating documents when
necessary.
• Communication with partners – both local and foreign.
• Act as a first point of reference for all partners and
enquirers.
• Greet visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant, preferably
within a multinational company, is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, commitment and
proactivity.
• Fluency in English is a must – both written and spoken.
• Business correspondence skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive and can-do attitude.
• Professional manner and behavior.
• University Degree.
• Excellent computer skills - MS Office.
