We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Platform Service Reliability Engineer.

This is a great opportunity for engineers at an early to intermediate career level who are eager to deepen their skills in Kubernetes, observability, infrastructure automation, and cloud platforms — with full support from experienced teammates.

You’ll be part of the team that builds and maintains reliable Kubernetes-based platforms, contributing to the availability, scalability, and performance of our services.

Your daily routine would include:

Support the setup and operation of Kubernetes clusters for various workloads;
Assist with automating infrastructure and application deployment using tools like Crossplane;
Collaborate with teammates to develop scalable solutions for infrastructure management;
Help design and maintain automation pipelines that simplify platform operations;
Learn to use monitoring and observability tools (like Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) to ensure system health;
Work closely with developers and reliability engineers to ensure systems run smoothly;
Document processes, configurations, and improvements in a clear and accessible way;
Participate in on-call rotations.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

Familiarity with Kubernetes or a strong interest in learning it;
Exposure to scripting languages like Python, Go, or Bash;
Curiosity about Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Crossplane, Pulumi);
Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, ArgoCD);
Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);
Interest in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar;
A mindset of collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
