For one of our clients - a leading software development partner delivering advanced digital
services and supporting top technology firms worldwide, we are looking for – Player
Support Representative with Turkish or English.

Отговорности

*Greet players with a smile and help them in person - you're the friendly face they remember;
*Solve simple issues or questions on the spot - fast and friendly;
*Make sure every guest leaves happy, even after a tough game;
*Keep things organized at your station and report any odd situations;
*Help explain game rules or how things work if someone`s lost;
*Bring great vibes to the players - energy matters.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*English and Turkish - enough to talk confidently to players;
*A positive, outgoing attitude – you enjoy talking to people;
*Willing to work different shifts - mornings, evenings, sometimes weekends;
*A cool head under pressure - you keep it chill when others don`t;
*Basic computer use (MS Office Package);
*A team player who`s always ready to help and have fun doing it.
