For one of our clients – a premier technology partner to the gambling industry, backed by
more than 25 years of unrivaled international know-how, we are on a lookout for а Portal
Operations Manager.

Отговорности

* Lead and manage the Portal Operations Team, fostering talent development and high performance;
* Build and execute content strategies that align with company goals, brand image, and player engagement;
* Oversee creation, editing, and publishing of web content across desktop, mobile, and tablet
platforms, including promotions, landing pages, and banners;
* Manage CMS platforms and workflows, ensuring smooth content deployment and team proficiency;
* Monitor user engagement, traffic, and analytics to inform data-driven content and site improvements;
* Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams to deliver consistent brand
messaging and optimized user experiences;
* Ensure all content complies with regulatory requirements, responsible gaming standards, and
quality benchmarks.

Изисквания и необходими умения

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in Web Operations, CMS management, or digital content
operations, ideally in a leadership role;
* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams in a fast-paced digital environment, with
strong people management skills;
* Strong experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress, Drupal, or custom
platforms) and web publishing workflows;
* Solid understanding of content strategy, landing page design, responsive web design, and
conversion optimization;
* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, email templates, SEO fundamentals, and web analytics;
* Excellent project management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with strong written
and verbal English (C1+);
* Experience in the gambling industry, CMS customization, personalization strategies, or A/B
testing is a plus.
