*Support customers via phone, email, chat, social media, and
messaging apps;
*Handle inbound inquiries and ensure fast, accurate solutions;
*Assist with Pre-Sales, general questions, and technical issues for
B2B and B2C clients;
*Escalate complex cases following clear procedures;
