ENGINEER /Knowledge of Lean management/
• Participate in Lean and A3 projects to improve manufacturing
processes;
• Optimize workflows and production layouts;
• Support recovery planning and process stabilization during
disruptions;
• Train and coach colleagues on Lean tools and practices;
• Work with data and KPIs to track and evaluate performance.
