Ilko Kostadinov is looking for a new addition to his team.
The ideal candidate for the position of Process Management
Specialist has a deep understanding of the dynamic business
environment and experience in process management. They are focused
on optimization and finding effective solutions to achieve high
results. They enjoy working with various teams and have excellent
communication skills, which help them to effectively collaborate
and coordinate processes.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Developing, coordinating, and providing work plans necessary for
the successful execution of projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines
and quality are met;
Monitoring and managing projects, ensuring alignment with set
goals, requirements, and budgets;
Detailed description of processes according to the approved company
standards and templates to ensure clarity and consistency in
work;
Coordination and close collaboration with different departments to
ensure accurate description of multiple processes at local and
group levels;
Optimizing processes within the organization to achieve maximum
efficiency;
Collaborating with external consultants when needed, to ensure the
correct implementation of new processes and solutions.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
Previous experience in business process description and
optimization using software tools such as ARIS and Camunda,
considered an advantage;
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proven
ability to work effectively in a team;
Previous experience in business analysis, with a focus on
identifying and assessing business needs and processes;
Skills in working with numerical information and the ability to
process and analyze data;
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, as
well as MS Teams and Jira;
Flexibility and adaptability, combined with a proactive and
innovative approach to work;
Fluency in English – written and spoken.
