Would you like to join us?

Spasimir Arsov is looking for a new Process Manager.

Your daily routine would include:

Implementing and maintaining IT Service Management (ITSM) processes on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business and operational needs;
Monitoring and managing the implementation of system support and operational processes within ongoing projects;
Acting as the interface between project teams and central company-wide process management to ensure smooth collaboration and effective process execution;
Collaborating closely with the Enterprise Architecture team to define and enforce standards in both the ITSM and ITOM areas, particularly regarding CMDB governance and data quality;
Supporting cross-functional teams with process documentation, guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives;
Contributing to the development and optimization of scalable process frameworks that support long-term business goals.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

Solid ITSM expertise, particularly in process implementation on the ServiceNow platform;
Experience in operational process management, including monitoring and approving process implementation in projects (especially system support processes);
Ability to act as an interface to overarching company process management and support solution design;
Experience in defining and monitoring standards, in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture, within both ITSM and ITOM environments (including CMDB).
