About the role:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the
growth and success of several leading FMCG brands within company
portfolio. This role combines strategic planning, forecasting,
stock management, and execution of marketing initiatives across
both traditional and modern trade channels. You will collaborate
closely with sales, logistics, finance, and key clients to ensure
the brands achieve sustainable growth, strong market presence, and
outstanding results.
Develop and implement growth strategies for several assigned
brands.
Plan and forecast sales and consumption, preparing short- and
long-term forecasts, accounting for seasonality, promotions, and
market trends.
Monitor execution of sales and marketing plans, ensuring timely
delivery and strong ROI.
Initiate, coordinate, and evaluate marketing campaigns and trade
activities.
Track market trends, competitive landscape, pricing, and consumer
behavior, and recommend quick actions when needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and
retail chains, securing effective product positioning and
promotions.
Monitor brand performance through KPIs (volume, sales, margins,
market share) and propose corrective measures.
Lead product launches and promotional activities across
channels.
Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure brand
consistency.
Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, finance, and
cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Conduct consumer insights research to improve product positioning
and marketing approach.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to management on
performance, KPIs, and marketing initiatives.
