We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Product Manager
Mortgage and Consumer Loans to join our PI Lending team. This role
is responsible for the full lifecycle management of loan products,
ensuring their competitiveness, complaint, and aligned with the
strategic objectives of the Bank.
If you have:
University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration,
or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in retail banking
Knowledge of credit products, risk management, and regulatory
frameworks
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage projects and work effectively with
cross-functional teams
Good in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in MS Office
applications
And you would like to:
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of
consumer and mortgage loan products
Participate in projects and drive proposals for improving the
lending processes and documentation
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor offers to
identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements,
group and internal regulations
Collaborate with key stakeholders Risk, Sales, Marketing,
Operations, IT, and Legal to deliver effective product solutions
and improve customers satisfaction
Track product performance, prepare regular analyses, and recommend
actions to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction
Support strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening the Bank’s
retail lending portfolio and key KPI’s
Make portfolio and market analysis, business cases and reports
related to the lending activities
Revise and keep up to date all documentation related to the
lending
