About the Role:
As a Production Manager, you'll be at the heart of ensuring
seamless, cost-effective manufacturing while meeting the highest
standards of quality and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
Own the production process, hitting and surpassing line
productivity, efficiency, and conversion KPIs (yield, rework,
scrap, production volume). Your mission? Deliver top-notch products
at the lowest possible cost.
Manage and mentor your team, building a culture of Continuous
Improvement (CIP);
Plan, budget, and execute all maintenance and repairs (M&R),
ensuring our assets are in peak condition;
Champion health, safety, and environmental protocols, ensuring
compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO, and other key standards;
Take charge of production planning and scheduling, balancing demand
requirements with smart resource management (temporary staff,
seasonal needs, etc.). Plus, collaborate with procurement and
suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations;
Be the catalyst for new ideas and continuous improvement;
You’ll track KPIs, ensure profitability, and align with Plant
Controllers to keep them on target.
What You’ll Bring:
5-6 years of experience in a production environment;
A degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Economics (Food Industry
concentration preferred);
Proven leadership in an FMCG or international setting;
Strong knowledge of quality systems, safety, and environmental
standards (SSE);
Sharp organizational and communication skills, with the ability to
multitask and meet deadlines;
Experience with SAP is a plus!;
Fluent in English, with solid computer skills (MS Office: Excel,
Word, PowerPoint);
A valid driver’s license.
