Production Supervisor
For one of our trusted and fast developing clients we are seeking an experienced professional to joing their team as CNC Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine production, including milling, grinding, and lathe operations. This role requires expertise in reading and understanding technical drawings, conducting functional tests , and working with CNC controllers.

As a Team Lead, the apointee will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards, while leading and mentoring a team of skilled machinists and operators.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate the production team, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting production targets.
- Operate and supervise CNC machining processes, including milling, grinding, lathe work, and other CNC operations.
- Interpret and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precision manufacturing.
- Conduct and oversee functional testing (including oil and other performance tests) to verify product quality.
- Work with Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain machine tools & controllers, troubleshooting issues and optimizing processes.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
