PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR /on site/
Responsibilities:
o Responsible for the Production in the dedicated production
unit
o Responsible for the On time delivery and high level of quality
for the production in the dedicated area
o Analyzes reports to Production manager the daily reasons for
delays and quality defects;
o Addresses and escalades the root causes of delays and quality
defects, and make sure that the root causes are solved in a timely
manner;
o Responsible for the implementation and follow up of the5S
Global action plan for the dedicated area ;
o Tracks Production overcasts and Production stops;
o Monitors and anticipates the Supply Chain needs with Logistics
and Program Planning;
o Responsible for productivity improvements;
o Lead and attends SQCDP meeting;
o Lead and develop the team, set the right expectations to the
supporting functions in order to achieve the production goals;
o Ensure production requirements are achieved while meeting
quality;
o Motivate and direct employees by mentoring continuous
improvement;
o Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve
productivity;
o Job training and team meetings to ensure efficient and safe
task performance;
o Ensure that the production planning and scheduling in
manufacturing are according to the requested volumes;
o Ensure that all quality and safety regulations are in place,
monitored and followed by corrective actions;
o Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through
implementation of change management process and best practices;
o Supervise the production organization to ensure shop floor
discipline is maintained at all times;
o Ensure work instructions are available and always followed;
o Motivate and maintain an environment of positive work
culture;
o Ensures Latecoere vision, mission, policies and procedures are
fostered and strived for by all staff.
Requirements:
o Technical University Degree or Technology in industrial
production management or similar specialty, bachelor's
degree;
o At least 3 years of professional experience;
o Ability to work under pressure;
o Very good command of English in terms of writing and
speaking;
o Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
o Self-disciplined and able to carry out detailed work with
minimum supervision;
o Excellent communication skills;
o Able to establish relationships based on trust,
confidentiality, and integrity;
o Proactive problem solver;
o A dynamic performer;
o Willing to learn;
o Hands-on, diligent and fast and effective troubleshooting.
