We are looking for a professional who can strengthen our great
Project Financing team and who will be involved with the
following:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
• Responsible for portfolio of existing and target customers with
project finance loans
• Meetings with clients, negotiation of Project finance loans
• Structuring Project finance deals, Conducting financial
modelling, including sensitivities and simulations
• Preparаtion of materials for Credit Committees for the project
finance loans. Collaboration with colleagues from Legal Dept.,
Collateral Management Dept., Risk Management Dept., external
advisors
• Manage the process for documental finalization of the deals and
the utilization of the loan.
• Monitoring of the projects from the portfolio
• Regular update of Real estate and Energy sectors
• Maintain ESG awareness and up to date knowledge regarding Real
Estate and Energy sectors
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
University degree in Finance, Banking, International business,
Business administration or similar
At least 3 years of experience on a similar position
Strong analytical, financial and deal structuring skills, computer
skills (Excel, Word, Power point)
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Strong presentational and communication skills
Abilities to set the right priorities and follow tight
deadlines
