Work with a pool of Project Managers on a variety of projects;
support or lead the fulfillment of PM related tasks of the assigned
project/s and as PMO/ Support Project Administration
Act as a single point of contact, coordinate and communicate with
team members, technical project staff, back-office administration
teams and all other relevant counterparts to ensure the processes
are followed and all the required activities within a project are
done as planned
Support the management of project financials, prepares reports,
presentations and required budget tracking; reports to Project
Manager and/or Project Sponsors
Participate in set project/s related meetings & deliver
required inputs, if applicable
Prepare presentations, reports, analysis regarding project/s status
& future actions
Manage first level stakeholder relationships
