Key responsibilities:
• Tracking & chasing resources missing timesheet submittals to
ensure completion in a timely manner;
• Investigating & resolving any timesheet related issues;
• Assisting the business with any timesheet related queries;
• Assisting with the end-to-end Expense Management Module process
i.e.;
• Project life cycle support for all client and internal
projects;
• Supporting maintenance & processing of all BREP, licensing
& CSA (Project setup, Project review, AP processing of
licensing, BREP, CSA, renewals, Project billing of licensing, BREP,
CSA, renewals, Project maintenance, Project closure);
• Responsible for communicating month/quarter/year-end deadlines to
all resources.

• Knowledge of general business, finance & operations
processes;
• Effective communication & interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team & as part of
a cross-functional team;
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure;
• Adaptable & able to use initiative;
• Strong administrative skills;

• Fluent in English and German.
