RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Implement and maintain quality standards in accordance with
industry standards and customer expectations;
o Drives elements of organization projects and processes to ensure
overall quality is continuously improving;
o Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective
quality control processes
o Identify quality control processes to ensure criteria are met at
all times;
o Quality Manager is responsible for smooth operating, recruitment,
goal setting for roles such as: Quality Inspection Team, Engineers,
Laboratory, Technical Quality Engineer, Quality System Engineer and
all specific Quality Controls& Measurements teams;
o Manages all processes connected with executing tests to check
final product adherence to the company standards;
o Manages teams and processes which deal with recording of findings
and relay this information;
o Brainstorm ideas to increase productivity and performance while
maintaining accuracy in quality;
o Make crucial decisions in favor of cost-efficiency without
compromising on quality;
o Masters the quality of implementation of the processes in the
workshops;
o Updates and disseminates the indicators related to the quality of
the products and the costs in case of lack of quality;
o Attracts attention and trains on the use of problem-solving
tools;
o Uses statistical techniques to know the goods and processes;
o Performs internal product & process audits and shop floor
review;
o Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining
solution options, implementing action plans, and providing
resources;
o Experience and deep knowledge about methods used to resolve
problems and find root causes (A3, Brainstorming, 8D, QRQC,
PFMEA);
o Skills and deep understanding:
-8D
-APQP
-QRQC
-AS9100
-Airbus customer standards (ADET & AIPS)
o Train, implement, manage and validate First Article
Inspections;
o Manage Plant qualification processes;
o Familiar with methodology to identify FOD (external elements /
objects / factors leading to external risk and damage) and
implement preventive actions and processes;
o Confirms non-conformance details (FNC);
o Checks the delivery documentation - checks the status of the
non-compliant parts (FNC), confirms the completeness of the
documents;
o Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing
data;
o Escalate rapid response issues;
o Customer, Certification and all kind of audits preparation,
participation and follow-up tracking;
o Direct communication and escalation management with the customer,
supplier, headquarter.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
o University degree in Engineering;
o Professional experience at least 7 years in Quality, 5 of which
are on a managerial role;
o Language skills: fluent English, both written and spoken;
o Excellent Computer skills – MS Office;
o Excellent presentation skills;
o Familiar with aeronautics standards.;
o Proven leadership skills;
o Self-disciplined and able to carry out detailed work with minimum
supervision;
o Excellent communication skills;
o Able to establish relationships based on trust, confidentiality,
and integrity;
o Proactive problem solver;
o A dynamic performer;
o Willing to learn;
o Hands-on, diligent and fast and effective troubleshooting.
