We want to continue to grow our company and therefore, we need you to support in recruiting.
- Own the sourcing, engagements and recruitment process by
proactively tracking candidates and following up when necessary for
each individual case
- Manage applicants and candidates
- Support in recruiting of truck drivers
- Develop announcements for regional job portals (newspaper, internet, etc.)
- Coordinate and execute job interviews
- Interface with drivers and coordinate with our back office
