Key tasks and responsibilities:
• Participate in end-to-end recruitment activities in line with
company policies and standards.
• Analyze hiring needs, identify the most effective sourcing
channels, and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to employer branding by researching new talent
acquisition channels, exploring innovative sourcing strategies, and
developing content that promotes the company as an employer of
choice.
• Support onboarding of the new hired, including orientation
sessions and coordination of the mentoring program.
• Conduct exit interviews, assess feedback trends, and recommend
actionable improvements.
• Organize and lead initiatives to attract interns and young
professionals, such as career fairs, programs, and events.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of employee
engagement and motivation programs - such as mentoring, wellness
initiatives, and people and skills development.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment and HR activities.
