Recruitment Consultant
Main responsibilities:
• Execute the recruitment process (screening, conducting
interviews, language evaluation) and meet the recruitment needs
within multiple projects;
• Organizing and coordinating recruitment and selection activities
according to company standards;
• Preparing attractive job ads in line with job descriptions and
preliminary agreed criteria for selection;
• Play an active part in the process of engaging top talents via
various sources and platforms;
• Maintaining the company’s database.
