Our partner is a global leading German manufacturer of scaffolding,
protective and event systems and ladders. Due to their expansion in
Bulgaria, we are supporting them in recruiting of an experienced
and loyal professional, to join their team for the role of
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – Eastern Bulgaria
The Role will be expected to contribute to further develop the
Bulgaria market for the company, while establishing a regular
contact regime with current and prospective clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
University degree in engineering, preferable in civil engineering,
within construction or mechanics, or an equivalent technical
education;
At least 5 years working experience in a leading role and potential
to manage a future team;
Profound sales and commercial experience (within investment goods),
strong technical skills as well as strong communication skills;
Professional experience should be obtained from B2B industries with
complex products and solutions;
Experience in project management would be of a great asset;
Proven strategic, analytical and commercial skills in order to
develop the scaffolding market for company’s products by explaining
and demonstrating the market the abilities of a modern scaffolding
system;
Able to understand customer needs and develop the best technical
solution;
Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through
creative and adaptive approaches;
Very good command of English – both written and spoken;
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel);
Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifying key clients and projects and prioritise sales activity
accordingly;
Identifying and evaluating competition within the market with the
objective of ensuring company’s continued technological
leadership;
Ensuring close co-operation with customers’ sales and finance
personnel;
Advising customers on purchase and finance options also managing
related commercial risk;
Monitoring and reporting on copy and competition scaffolding
systems in the Eastern Bulgarian market;
Planning and reporting sales activities on regular bases;
Ensuring with the assistance of the Technical Team, that
after-sales support and advising on application of company’s
equipment to solve installation problems is provided to
customers.
